After their session, learners can continue their immersive experience by exploring others&#8217; work, viewing exemplary prior submissions, giving and responding to text and video feedback, and re-practicing to successfully build capabilities such as effective and efficient employee <a href=\"https:\/\/novoed.com\/use-cases\/employee-onboarding\/\">onboarding<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/novoed.com\/use-cases\/leadership-development\/\">leadership development<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/novoed.com\/resources\/blog\/online-sales-training-better-learning-experience\/\">sales training<\/a> and enablement, and customer service skillbuilding.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur team has built native support for the NovoEd Video Practice to offer our clients the most integrated offering within learning experiences, as well as beyond them. This new feature adds a substantial component to NovoEd&#8217;s deep capability-building suite of tools,\u201d said NovoEd Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Farnaz Ronaghi. \u201cVideo Practice promotes ongoing sharpening of skills to establish confidence and efficacy. Situations best suited for Practice Scenarios are those mastered through repeated practice and refinement, such as delivering a pitch for <a href=\"https:\/\/novoed.com\/use-cases\/sales-enablement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sales Reps<\/a> or executing an effective communication strategy for Customer Experience professionals, managers, and leaders at all levels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learners respond to Practice Scenarios using their webcam&nbsp;or by sharing their screen,&nbsp;recording their reaction to the prompt, and \u2013 depending on your Practice Scenario\u2019s privacy settings \u2013 sharing their practice for feedback with the teaching team, mentors, and\/or their peers within the scenario\u2019s Practice Room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.novoed.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4405061138580\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Practice Room<\/a>, users will encounter a rich set of feedback and social capabilities. Feedback may be left as either text or recorded video and can be targeted to a point-in-time within the practice or left at the end for broader commentary.
