If you&#8217;re excited by user-centered design, fast iteration, and having a strategic seat at the table, we\u2019d love to talk.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What Will You Do?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences used by Fortune 500 companies, universities, and training organizations<\/li>\n<li>Own 1-2 major projects at any time, serving as the design lead who shapes solutions from initial problem exploration through final implementation<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with the product management team to frame problems, define project scope, explore multiple design approaches, and make well-reasoned recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Provide production-ready mocks and assets, and work closely with engineers to balance quality and feasibility<\/li>\n<li>Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and understand user goals<\/li>\n<li>When challenges arise, proactively align stakeholders, propose solutions, and adjust scope as needed<\/li>\n<li>Help shape the future of our product by contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What Skills Are Needed For This Role?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong><em>Experience &amp; Skills<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scale<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with the full design toolkit: wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testing<\/li>\n<li>Expert-level skills with design tools like Figma, including advanced features like components and design libraries<\/li>\n<li>Experience maintaining visual and interaction consistency by working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution<\/li>\n<li>Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing responsive Web\/Mobile experiences<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of HTML\/CSS and development constraints<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing AI-powered features that enhance user workflows and personalize experiences is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate workflows is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Preferred Qualifications<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Independent ownership<\/strong>: You can take projects from problem definition through execution, managing stakeholder relationships and driving decisions without constant guidance.
