Here are 5 key findings of the primary insights gleaned from our research:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Workers leave employers who shortchange development.<\/strong> 6 in 10 say they are likely or very likely to choose a new employer&nbsp;based on whether they invest in developing the employee\u2019s skills and capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Onboarding is becoming a strategic function.<\/strong> Only 48% of employees surveyed say their onboarding process prepared them for a good start.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gen Z and Millennials want to learn from peers, not trainers.<\/strong> 42% of Gen Z employees say they will likely turn to their peers to update their skills and capabilities to do their jobs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>It takes scale, security, and engagement to build community within your ecosystem.<\/strong> With automated digital assistants, gig workers, clients, suppliers, resellers, partners, and family members, the most significant growth in the learning ecosystem is outside the enterprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI is already at work, but many have fears for the future.<\/strong> Nearly 90% of learning leaders already use generative AI like ChatGPT for some applications today.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Interested in learning more?
